Ben of Walters was a genuine pleasure to work with, friendly, professional and very approachable. No pushy sales tactics, no agenda, just good customer care, following up with calls and emails as needed.both me and my partner immediately noticed that it wasn’t the typical estate agent sale tactics to push you into a sale, he walked us through all logic of price build up, explained his expertise in a way we could understand and made it very easy to understand the sales market from his perspective.
I would 100% recommend Ben and the team and look forward to the opportunity to work with him again.
From start to finish (or where we are at now) I cannot give nothing but praise. From our valuation we were impressed with both the professionalism and friendliness of your staff. Ben in particular along with Dad who took the photos were brilliant.
